Joycelyn Bagby is the Founder and Principal of Bagby Resolution Group, bringing extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, claims management, healthcare, and complex dispute resolution. Her professional background includes mediation, arbitration, complex bodily injury and liability claims, healthcare dispute resolution, and federal No Surprises Act determinations.
She has handled hundreds of litigated claims and more than 500 federal No Surprises Act arbitration matters, bringing a practical, case-driven perspective to dispute resolution. Her professional training includes basic and family mediation, arbitration and ADR training, and Texas Comptroller arbitration training.
Through Bagby Resolution Group, Joycelyn provides mediation, arbitration, dispute-resolution consulting, claims consulting, professional training, and related ADR services to individuals, businesses, healthcare organizations, and other professional clients.
